Now in early access

Know why your users stay. Know why they leave.

One tool says your numbers are fine. Another disagrees. Your own product knows what actually happened. BonnieOS connects every source once, reconciles what they report, and turns the answer into a ticket someone owns.

In daily use on a seven-app consumer portfolio and with two partner teams — a mobile games studio and a consumer news app — where the people asking the questions include marketers, not only engineers.

1–2 hrs

To read retention across a seven-app portfolio. It used to take a full day, per app.

Connectors, each encrypted and health-checked — and a new one built on request in about 15 minutes.

The problem

Every tool tells a different story. None of them tells you why.

Whichever stack you run — analytics, attribution, payments, the stores — the same metric comes back different in each one. Retention, active users, conversion, churn: pick the number that looks right, caveat it in the standup, move on.

Reconciling it by hand is a lost afternoon, and it still doesn't get you an answer — because why people left was never in any of those tools. It's in the friction inside your product, and that lives in your own database and your code.

An example — one app, one day, one metric

Reconciled

11,207 is the number to trust. The store counts installs, not opens; your analytics tool dropped 1,362 events from a broken SDK call in last week's build — which is also the bug worth fixing.

Ask it something hard

You ask

"Why did week-two retention drop on iOS after the 4.2 release?"

B

BonnieOS answers

Week-two retention fell from 31% to 22% for users who installed after 4.2 shipped. The drop concentrates on first playback: median load time on the track endpoint went from 1.1s to 4.4s in the same window, and users who hit that delay churned at roughly three times the rate of those who didn't.

How it works

1

Connect your sources

Authorise the tools you already run — analytics, ads, payments, stores, your database, your repo. Each connection is tested before it's trusted, and takes minutes, not a migration.

2

Ask in plain language

No SQL, no dashboard-building. Ask why a number moved and get an answer that reconciles every source and points at a cause, with its working shown.

3

Ship the fix

Turn the finding into a ClickUp task assigned by commit ownership — then let scheduled reports and nudges tell you when something moves again.

Why the answers hold up

It reads your product, not an industry average

It reads every source at once — analytics, ad platforms, payments, your database, your repo — reconciles where they disagree, and says which reading holds and why. No benchmark tells you which release broke playback.

It remembers what you decided

Last month's churn question, and what you did about it, is still there next month — not buried in a Slack thread nobody can find.

It tells you before you think to ask

Scheduled reports land where your team already works, and a nudge arrives when something moves enough to matter — Slack, Discord or email.

Running something we don't cover yet? Ask. Most connectors take about fifteen minutes to build, and we'd rather add yours than tell you it isn't supported.

Built for consumer apps, not B2B software

Your retention question is whether someone came back and watched the next episode, played another track, opened the app on day three. Most tools in this space were built for software companies tracking renewals and license upgrades — a completely different question, and it shows the first time you ask them about a consumer app.

One app or nine, it doesn't matter. If your data is spread across tools that don't talk to each other, this is for you.

Questions BonnieOS answers

Why watch time drops after episode one

How many tracks someone plays before they stop

Whether they came back on day three

Which release made first playback slower

Where other tools stop

That watch time fell this week

That most users stop after one track

That day-three return is down

That churn rose after the last release

All true, all useful — and none of it says why, or what to change.

Trust & security

The model never sees your credentials. Only the data.

Your keys sit in an AES-256 vault. Connectors — not the AI — use them to fetch data, and nothing in BonnieOS executes anything with a credential in hand. We wrote the whole architecture down so you can check it instead of trusting us.

Pricing

We haven't set a price yet, and we'd rather say so than invent one. Early-access teams get the full product at no cost, and we'll tell you our pricing before it ever applies to you — not discover it on an invoice.

Today

Early access — free

Every connector, unlimited questions, scheduled reports and nudges, task creation. Sign up and connect a source yourself.

Later

Priced against the alternative

The honest comparison isn't another analytics subscription — it's the analyst or data hire teams make to do this work by hand. That's the bar we'll price under.

Either way

No lock-in on your data

Your credentials stay revocable and your sources stay yours. Disconnect and nothing of yours is held hostage.

Questions people actually ask

Does the AI get access to my credentials?

No. Keys sit in an AES-256 vault and connectors use them to fetch data; the model only ever receives the data itself. The full architecture is written down.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No — that's the point. On both of our partner teams, the person asking the most questions is in marketing. No SQL, no dashboard-building, no engineer in the loop to get an answer.

What if my tracking isn't set up properly?

Common, and worth knowing early. Reading across sources surfaces where your instrumentation contradicts itself or misses events entirely — so you find out before you act on a bad number.

Is this just another dashboard?

A dashboard shows you the number and stops. BonnieOS explains the number, reaches into your database and code to find the cause, and files the fix as a task someone owns.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Sign up, name your workspace, authorise one source, ask a question. You don't need every connector wired up to get a useful answer out of the first one.

Does it work for one app, or a portfolio?

Both. One product with scattered tooling has the same problem as nine — the saving just compounds faster when every app would otherwise cost you a separate day.

Stop trusting the number that looks best.
